Online and Walk & Talk counselling for adults aged 18+
I offer online counselling and Walk & Talk counselling, giving you a choice about how you would prefer to work.
I am based in Ramsbottom, Greater Manchester. Online sessions are available to adults across the UK, while Walk & Talk sessions are available at selected locations in Ramsbottom, Bury, Bolton and Central Manchester.
Online counselling
50 minutes, £50
£60 for evening and weekend online sessions
Walk & Talk counselling
60 minutes, £65
Available at selected local routes by prior arrangement
Payment
Payment is made by bank transfer before your session.
Cancellations
I ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment. Walk & Talk sessions may also need to be rearranged if weather or route conditions are unsuitable.

Counselling outdoors
If sitting in front of a screen does not feel right for you, Walk & Talk counselling offers the opportunity to have your counselling session while walking outdoors together at an agreed pace.
Sessions are available at selected routes in Ramsbottom, Bury, Bolton and Central Manchester.

I offer a free initial consultation before we begin counselling. This gives us an opportunity to talk briefly about what has brought you to counselling, what you're looking for and whether we feel that working together would be suitable.
There is no obligation to book ongoing sessions afterwards.
